Frequently asked questions
An active SKU is any product variant that has had at least one order in the past 90 days. Archived products, out-of-catalog items, and variants with zero sales don't count toward your limit. You can see your active SKU count in the dashboard at any time.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate — you gain access to the higher plan features right away, and you're billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
You'll receive an in-app notification when you approach your limit (90% of your plan max). We won't cut off forecasting mid-cycle. Instead, we'll work with you to identify the right plan upgrade before the next billing period.
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no contract. Annual plans are billed annually and are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period. Both plans can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.
We offer a startup rate for brands under $2M in annual revenue. Contact us to find out if you qualify. We also occasionally offer extended trials for brands willing to provide feedback during our product research process.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual plans over $5,000. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Scale plan customers.
